Wall shelf in birch with black and white stripes 40x31x40cm Fläpps - Ambivalenz

The Fläpps 40x40-1 shelf by AMBIVALENZ is wall-mounted and occupies a compact square of forty centimetres per side, with a depth of thirty-one centimetres. A single shelf, a clean line, and a surface capable of supporting up to forty-five kilos: enough to accommodate books, a stack of dishes or a few objects without visually weighing down the wall.

The construction combines birch plywood covered with coloured HPL and stainless steel. The Watercolor Stripes pattern, designed by Kind of Style studio, dresses the surface with stripes in soft transitions, as if applied in watercolour. The shelf thus becomes a graphic element as much as storage, and reads from a distance like a small hanging picture.

Its compact format allows it to slip in where furniture cannot: above a desk, in a corridor, beside a bed. Several modules from the Fläpps family can be combined on the same wall to compose a rhythmic series, playing with heights and finishes.
