Tables

In metal, glass or wood, they blend beautifully with your décor. They lend themselves to countless uses: flanking a gorgeous sofa, serving as a trolley in the hallway, holding a glass or stacking up books. A designer side table always finds its place.

The side table has a practical, functional advantage: it can be moved anywhere and adapts to your every whim. It can be small, tall or low, industrial or Scandinavian in style, in recycled wood or solid oak, in the colours of your choice. Whether for breakfast or for extra worktop space in the kitchen, the side table is wonderfully handy.

You can choose a round or rectangular table, a compact piece of furniture that may even be extendable should you need more space. Place it right beside your sofa, as a side table, to hold magazines or a table lamp. It can equally serve as a bedside table, a magazine rack or simply a practical decorative piece, always within reach, for your ornaments.

If you would like a handsome side table with a trolley design, it will act as multifunctional storage — often on castors — doubling as a classic table or a bar table, with a removable tray. Perhaps you will opt for a baroque style, with a metal or glass frame, folding, with an original or classic design that will adapt to your every need.

At The Cool, we adore the tables by Broste Copenhagen. The Scandinavian leader in interior decoration keeps the Nordic tradition alive while creating unique pieces with an international flavour. Their side tables, sold in pairs or individually, are wonderfully practical, and their clean lines bring warmth to your interiors. The mirrored glass top reflects the light and lends a simple, minimalist and timeless style. The black metal legs make it a sleek, understated designer side table.

We are also very fond of the table collection by Petite Friture, whose Hollo collection offers lovely coffee tables with perfectly geometric lines. With their playful colours, lacquered steel and range of sizes, you are sure to find the one for you! This small French brand wins us over with its inventiveness and its unique designs for bar, coffee and side tables.
