Lamp Bases

The role of a lamp is not just to provide light during your relaxing family moments. It also plays a leading part when it comes to decoration. Its accessories therefore add a special touch in terms of style. Lamp bases are the pieces that sit at the bottom of every lamp to keep it standing, and they contribute to its identity, reinforcing its character and its style.

You will choose different lamp bases to suit the spot where you want to place the lamp, whether to dress up your living room or to serve as table lamps.

The Cool Team has selected its favourite items from HKliving, the design house that champions artisanal craftsmanship, combining style with natural materials. You will find both pieces with a modern style and more retro, on-trend designs. The prices are very affordable, so everyone can dress their home with their own distinctive taste, entirely made to measure. Whatever you are after, choose the colour that matches the idea and the style you have in mind for your next lamp!

There is, for example, the base in anthracite earthenware. Handmade, this piece comes close to black without feeling gloomy and evokes a direct connection with nature. We can imagine it lighting up a home where wood takes centre stage, in a bohemian or contemporary style.

If you are looking for something more modern, the wire-metal lamp base is the one to go for. It draws on industrial design but now fits perfectly into a modern style. Let your imagination run free and pick an original lampshade for this base to make your lamp the centrepiece of your home.

Do you feel nostalgic for the design of the 60s and 70s? Go for the purple glazed stoneware lamp base for a completely retro style. You will find yourself transported back in time!

Come and discover the complete range of lamp bases in store or on The Cool Republic website. You can have fun pairing a base with a lampshade to create your very own lamp. These are purchases that will let you enjoy the results of a totally personalised style, perfectly in keeping with the rest of your home.
