Side Tables

In metal, glass or wood, they blend in beautifully with your decor. There are countless ways to use them: flanking a superb sofa, as a serving table in an entrance hall, to set down a glass or to stack up books. A designer side table will always find its place.

The side table has a practical, functional advantage: it can be moved anywhere and adapts to your mood. It can be small, tall or low, industrial or Scandinavian in style, in recycled wood or solid oak, in the colours of your choice. Whether for breakfast or for extra worktop space in your kitchen, the side table is incredibly handy.

You can choose a round or rectangular table, a compact piece of furniture that can even be extendable when you need more space. Place it right next to your sofa, as a side table, to hold magazines or a table lamp. It can also serve as a bedside table, a magazine rack or simply as a practical decorative piece, always within easy reach, for your accessories.

If you are after an attractive side table on wheels, it will work as a multifunctional storage unit, often castor-mounted, which can be used as a classic table or a bar table, with a removable tray. And perhaps you will opt for a baroque style, with a metal or glass structure, foldable, with an original or classic design, ready to adapt to all your needs.

Here at The Cool, we adore the tables by Broste Copenhagen. The Scandinavian leader in interior decoration keeps the Nordic tradition alive while creating unique pieces with an international flair. Their side tables, sold in pairs or individually, are practical, and their clean lines bring warmth to your interiors. The mirror-effect glass top reflects the light and lends a simple, minimalist and timeless style. The black metal legs make it a sleek, understated designer side table.

We are very fond of the table collection by Petite Friture, which offers, with the Hollo collection, lovely coffee tables with perfect geometric lines. With their playful colours, their lacquered steel construction and their various sizes, you are sure to find the one that suits you! This small French brand wins us over with its inventiveness and the unique design of its bar tables, coffee tables and side tables.
