Gold glass side table Speculum - AYTM

With this collection of objects dedicated to the home, AYTM takes us into a sumptuous land of carefully studied sheens, precious transparencies, imposing matt finishes and considered colours – a world that gives pride of place to dreams, to life and to the senses, a world in which everyday life takes on a touch of the absolute. With the Speculum range, the brand has developed an entire body of work around a bold, simple shape: the cube. By dressing it in tinted mirrors, it gives the piece an unmistakable personality, producing not merely a side table but almost a sculpture. In this spirit, a bevelled plane at the lower part of its faces lightens it and allows it both to catch and to reflect light differently. With the purity of its lines, this table is very nearly a work of art.
