Designed by Note Design Studio for &Tradition, the Alima NDS2 trolley plays on a simple balance between a chromed steel structure and a lacquered walnut tray. The fine lines of the base let the gaze pass through, while the wood brings warmth and material. The result is a discreet object, which reads as well from afar as up close.
Its compact format allows it to slip near a sofa, at the foot of a bed or in a corner of a dining room. It serves as a side table, a support for a coffee service, storage for a few books or bottles. Mounted on castors, it moves effortlessly throughout the day and remains easy to store against a wall.
The ensemble is designed for indoor use. Chrome and veined walnut dialogue with contemporary furniture as well as older pieces, in a living room, a bedroom or an office. A useful object that one gladly leaves visible.
