The collection of Pao lamps is the result of an exciting collaboration with the famous Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa.
Taking its name from the soft, luminous shape of traditional Mongolian Pao tents illuminated at night, Fukasawa wanted to convey the same warm, friendly atmosphere in the Pao table lamp. It offers an everyday object that is inspired by the design values existing in the natural world.
Keeping an aesthetic modeste and simple, its design is in harmony with its environment, reinforcing its primary intention of making the atmosphere pleasant and comfortable. In the Pao table lamp, Naoto Fukasawa has developed a way to conceal the custom LED light source, leaving it nestled inside the lampshade to give à la lamp a clean and uninterrupted visual identity.
Both base and the shade are made of opal glass, offering functionality and deliberate simplicity of design that makes them suitable for a wide range of spaces and uses in domestic and professional environments.
