Formakami is an ultra-lightweight pendant light handmade from rice paper. Inspired by the traditional lanterns of Asia, it is reimagined with a modern aesthetic. The designer, Jaime Hayon, has combined lanterns of different sizes and shapes to create these original compositions. Formakami will hang gracefully above your dining table, your kitchen island or in your bedroom. It is living proof that when East meets West, the past poetically becomes the present.
