The Curt module by AMBIVALENZ is the basic element of a seating unit that you compose yourself. Square, low, without imposed armrest or backrest, it can stand alone as a pouf or be aligned with other modules to form a bench, a corner or a large lounge sofa. The seating height remains deliberately low, for a relaxed posture.
The structure combines a plywood frame, woven straps and a cold foam that retains its shape in use. Aluminium hooks connect the modules to each other and prevent the ensemble from separating when one sits on it. Assembly and disassembly are done without tools, which allows you to revise the configuration over the course of moves or desires.
This version is upholstered in Barcelona fabric in the Serpentine colourway, a deep green in polyester with a dense touch. The strong shade contrasts with the simple volumes of the seating and suits both a light interior and a darker room. An object designed for spaces where the layout evolves.
