The Curt module by AMBIVALENZ is the basic unit of a sofa you compose yourself. Square and low, it stands alone as an occasional seat or assembles with other elements from the Curt family to form a bench, a corner or a large sofa. The aluminium hooks secure the connection between modules and make the configuration reversible: you change the layout when the room changes use.
The construction combines a plywood frame, textile webbing and cold foam. This combination gives a firm seat that lasts over time and retains its sharp geometry. The deliberately low seat height creates a relaxed position, close to the floor, suited to informal living rooms as well as waiting areas.
The Dama red fabric cover is dominated by fully recycled wool, blended with synthetic fibres that reinforce its durability. The bold colour gives character to the whole and supports both isolated use and repetition across several modules.
