The Flowerpot VP12 floor lamp revisits the formal vocabulary imagined by Verner Panton for the Flowerpot family: two hemispheres facing each other, one capping the other, carried here by a slender stem. The design has remained unchanged since its creation, without ornament or superfluous detail, and is recognisable at first glance.
The steel structure receives a Stone Blue finish, a discreet mineral blue that suits both sober interiors and more colourful atmospheres. The textile cord extends this care for materials. The upper hemisphere directs the light downwards and towards the inside of the lampshade, which softens the beam and avoids any direct glare.
This height suits a reading corner, the angle of a sofa or the entrance to a room, where an autonomous light source takes over from the ceiling light. The model is intended for indoor use and works with a standard screw-in bulb.
