Surface teaspoon - Serax

When culinary star Sergio Herman joins forces with Serax, it is with perfection in mind. With three Michelin stars to his name, this enthusiastic and hugely talented chef takes on the challenge of design in a project particularly close to his heart. It was the surfaces of objects, pieces of glass or metal, what they reflect and what they hold, that inspired him in this remarkable achievement within a new creative field. The set of cutlery he presents is therefore rich in interest, both visually and to the touch, which is precisely why its various pieces are such a pleasure to use. With their gleaming silvered metal, these objects of extremely considered simplicity and acknowledged functionality are a joy to reach for. This teaspoon from the Surface collection stands out as the fruit of an accomplished approach and a timeless design.

With this cutlery, Sergio Herman offers us a pared-back table service that will sit just as happily with antique porcelain as with the contemporary creations of Anita Le Grelle, also featured in our pages. Through this collaboration with Serax, he demonstrates his belief in design of unashamed perfection, to be used, to our great delight, every single day.
