When kitchen star Sergio Herman collaborates with the company Serax, it is to achieve perfection. With three stars in the Michelin guide, this enthusiastic and talented chef takes up the design challenge in this project that is particularly close to his heart. And it is the surfaces of the objects, pieces of glass or metal, what they reflect or contain, that inspired him for this remarkable achievement in a new field of creation. The set of cutlery that he offers us is therefore rich in this interest both visually and tactilely, which is why it is so pleasant to use his various pieces. The shine of the silvery metal, it is with envy that we use these objects with the extremely studied simplicity and the recognized functionality. This dessert spoon from the Surface collection is the result of a successful and timeless design.
Sergio Herman delivers with this cutlery a refined dinner service that will go well with antique porcelain as well as with the contemporary creations of Anita Le Grelle, also presented in our pages. With this collaboration, he demonstrates Serax his belief in a design of claimed perfection, to be used, for our greatest pleasure, every day.
