The Pylon wall light plays on verticality. Its steel body stretches to almost seventy centimetres while projecting barely at all, allowing it to sit flush against the wall without obstructing the flow of movement. The line remains slender, almost graphic, structuring the wall like a column of light.
Two light sources are spread across its height, shielded by glass diffusers with a gloss finish. The light reads on two levels, softening contrasts and avoiding a single pool of brightness on the wall. The aged brass finish lends the whole a discreet warmth.
It finds its place on either side of a bathroom mirror, in a hallway with high walls or framing a headboard. Designed for indoor use, it works just as well in an entrance hall as on a stair landing.
