Table lamp in white terracotta and woven natural rattan lampshade 51cm Molokai - Bazar Bizar

The Molokai table lamp by Bazar Bizar combines two artisanal materials: a base in white-glazed terracotta and a lampshade in natural rattan. The contrast between the density of the foot and the lightness of the shade gives the whole a balanced silhouette, halfway between pottery and basketry.

The woven rattan filters the light and casts a play of shadows on neighbouring surfaces. When lit, the lamp diffuses a soft brightness, suited to a bedside table, an entrance console or a corner of the living room that one wishes to warm without lighting frontally.

Its compact proportions allow it to fit into an already furnished interior, without occupying the entire surface of a side table. The white and natural finish harmonises with light woods, ecru textiles and island-inspired atmospheres, where each object retains the trace of the hand that shaped it.
