Table lamp in white papier-mâché 20cm Contour - Bazar Bizar

The Contour table lamp by Bazar Bizar plays the card of sculpted volume. Its white silhouette, shaped in papier-mâché, gives the light a soft and textured presence. The surface irregularities inherent to this artisanal technique can be felt to the touch as well as to the eye, and each piece thus retains its share of uniqueness.

In its S version, the lamp adopts a compact format that finds its place on a bedside table, an entrance console or a bookshelf. Its square base ensures a clean stance, whilst its measured height prevents it from dominating the surrounding objects. The uniform white blends into light interiors and stands out against dark or wooden backgrounds.

When lit, it diffuses an enveloping glow that softens the angles of the room. When switched off, it reads as a small sculptural object, to be placed alone or combined with other pieces from the same family to compose a play of heights.
