Pendant light in dark brown woven bamboo 60cm Woven Bell - Bazar Bizar

The Woven Bell Pendant from Bazar Bizar takes the silhouette of a bell, worked entirely in hand-woven bamboo. The strands spiral from the top and gradually flare out, creating an openwork surface that lets light through at intervals. The Dark Walnut finish gives the bamboo a deep brown hue, which accentuates the relief of the weave.

In its XL version, the pendant light takes on a presence that allows it to stand alone above a table or in a stairwell. Its generous height creates a pronounced vertical volume, whilst its diameter remains contained, which also allows for a series installation above an island or a counter.

Once lit, the lamp projects a graphic play of shadows on the walls and ceiling, dictated by the regularity of the weave. It brings a natural and artisanal material to contemporary interiors as well as to warmer atmospheres, and pairs readily with wood, linen and earthy tones.
