The Peas rug by Hay is made from 100% pure new wool. The special feature of the design: the rug is composed of hundreds of handmade wool balls, which is how it got its name (peas).

The rug's distinctive texture is handmade: in India, the small beads are rolled by hand until they take on the round shape that makes the Hay Peas rug so special. The wool balls are then tied together with nylon thread to make the rug as hard-wearing as it is beautiful.

With its unique rug collection, Hay supports the Indian and Nepalese economy in a sustainable way by selecting only small local workshops and traditional processing methods for production.

Available in various sizes and in subtle shades of grey, the Peas rug is perfect for cosy living room and bedroom decor, and feels wonderfully pleasant underfoot.
