The Peas rug by Hay is made of 100% pure new wool. The special feature of the design: the rug is made up of hundreds of hand-made wool balls, which is how it got its name (peas).
The rug's characteristic texture is hand-made : in India, the little beads are rolled by hand until they take on the round shape that makes the Hay Peas rug so special. The wool balls are then tied together with nylon thread to make the rug as hard-wearing as it is beautiful.
