Black oak dining table SK4 - &tradition

Discover the In Between collection: designed by Sami Kallio for &tradition, it will surprise you with its balance between past and present. Indeed, both man and machine play a part in Kallio's creations, and this is reflected in the fusion of modern manufacturing methods and craft techniques. The In Between series of tables and chairs is therefore a nod to the past while incorporating a contemporary design touch.

Everything about this black lacquered oak table recalls the iconic In Between chairs, which you can pair with this dining table. Yet this table, purely Scandinavian in spirit, also reflects meticulous, artisanal woodworking. Indeed, "Wood turning is the result of my love of Scandinavian heritage and traditional woodcraft," says Kallio. The designer is particularly keen to use age-old manufacturing techniques, which lends even more charm to the SK4 dining table. The circular, airy shape of the SK4 series reveals its designer's wish to encourage ever more interaction, arranging the chairs around it in a more intimate and convivial way. This majestic table will therefore find its place with ease in your kitchen or dining room. You will especially appreciate this model in its black colour, which brings a sophisticated touch to the space.
