The Flowerpot VP9 reprises the silhouette drawn by Verner Panton in 1968: two half-spheres facing each other, one crowning the other. Freed from its cable, it becomes a portable lamp that can be moved from one room to another, from the coffee table to the worktop, from the windowsill to the dining table.
The polycarbonate shell, combined with a steel structure, gives it a solid build despite its low weight. Its warm, downward-facing light casts a soft halo on the surface that receives it. The intensity is adjusted directly on the lamp, from auxiliary lighting to a simple night light. The LED source is replaceable.
Its resistance to water splashes allows it to be used in a bathroom or on a sheltered terrace table for the duration of a meal. The Matt Light Grey finish, matte and light, suits sober interiors as well as the more colourful ensembles of the Flowerpot family.
