In the 1950s, a collaboration between the Danish naval department and Louis Poulsen gave rise to a pendant light model that then disappeared thirty years later.
In 2012, the design house revisited this functional light which once illuminated the canteens and offices of the Danish Navy. The Doo-Wop pendant light now features very similar lines with new colours and a structure made from more modern materials (brass, steel, copper).
