A worthy heir to the Scandinavian tradition, designer Emil Thorup sought to endow this dining table with great functionality allied to the purest of lines. Perfect in its proportions, it is particularly elegant thanks to the slenderness of its base. The latter supports a top made up of eight square pieces of white marble, carefully assembled and forming a unique pattern thanks to the veining of the marble. Emil Thorup notes that the slenderness of the legs was especially difficult to achieve given the weight of the marble they had to bear, but HANDVÄRK cleverly resolved this technical challenge, ultimately producing this thoroughbred table. Made in Denmark, it has indeed benefited from the great expertise of the craftspeople working for this renowned company.
