First developed in 1970, the Aspide is a highly directional table lamp unlike any other before or since, yet still expressive of the material and aesthetic tastes of its time.
The Aspide was designed as a versatile work lamp that can be manually adjusted to créer either direct light for work or reading, or turned towards the wall to créer a soft plus ambient glow; in fact, the lamp body can be manually rotated through 350º, both at the neck and the head.
