In her ongoing play with shapes and proportions, Marie Michielssen this time turns her hand to the sphere. A process of deconstruction has given rise to an atmospheric lamp in which the light source remains hidden from view. The papier mâché version creates a poetic ambience and balances the object on the fine line between art and design.
