The Eastchester wall light plays on a simple contrast: a slender brass structure, a shade in woven natural fibres and clear glass that leaves the light source on view. Its vertical silhouette, narrow and tall, slips just as easily into a hallway as on either side of a mirror or a headboard.
The natural weave filters the light and softens its diffusion, while the transparent glass preserves the outline of the bulb. The whole remains discreet by day and becomes a pool of warmth in the evening, with no showy effect.
Designed for interiors where materials matter more than effects, it works just as well against a pale wall as a deep shade. Intended for indoor use, it takes a single light source with a standard cap.
