Designed by Verner Panton, the Flowerpot VP8 transposes onto a wall light the silhouette that brought fame to the Flowerpot family: two hemispheres facing each other, one housing the light source, the other concealing it from view. The result is a soft light, directed downwards, with no direct glare.
The Dark Plum finish gives this version a more muted, deeper character, contrasting with the vivid colours associated with the series. Metal, stainless steel and plastic elements compose a compact structure, accompanied by a fabric-covered cord left visible. Fixed to the wall, the wall light remains discreet in volume whilst maintaining a strong graphic presence.
It finds its place on either side of a bed, along a corridor or above a worktop, and accepts an E27 bulb. Intended for indoor use, it operates without a dimmer.
