Designed by STUDIO 0405, the Apollo wall sconce is a contemporary version of an archetypal classique lamp, sharing the structural characteristics of base the traditional sconce updated in a sculptural and functional design. Elle compose features three à la mouth-blown opal glass shades on curved tubular arms, creating a contrasting expression between the organically shaped shades made à la by hand and the industrial tubes in anodized aluminum. Once mounted on the wall, the Apollo sconce can be used to highlight a specific area or to add atmosphere to a variety of private and public spaces.
