Le Klint is a lighting company founded in 1943, although the company's history dates back to the early 20th century, when a hand-pleated lampshade was folded to fit a paraffin lamp designed by both architect and master of engineering PV Jensen-Klint. Ever since, they have preserved the original concept while constantly seeking to evolve with modern times.

Esben Klint's designs include this iconic Model 107 lamp from 1942. To commemorate the company's longevity and such a great designer in this anniversary year, we have reinterpreted Esben's magnificent lantern and produced a brand-new table lamp using light oak and brass details with a lampshade made from a choice of paper or plastics.

Esben Klint followed in his father's footsteps to enrich the family legacy and also became a renowned architect.
