The Slit table by HAY is a geometric wooden table inspired by paper origami techniques.

The slender frame appears folded beneath the tabletop, creating a simple yet sculptural form reminiscent of the traditional Japanese art of paper folding.

The Slit table is available in a range of shapes and sizes, and comes in various types of wood and finishes. Compact and versatile, it can be used on its own or arranged in clusters in all kinds of private or public settings.

Care : Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water or a solution of water and a neutral detergent. Remove any soap residue immediately using a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is scratched or appears matt, use a care product specifically designed for lacquered or stained wood. Avoid using detergents containing silicone, as these seal in the stain and make subsequent repairs more difficult. Never use soft soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine or acetone. Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may damage the surface. Avoid using scouring creams or pads, as they may scratch the surface.
