The blanket that gives new life to forgotten materials… Rich colors, warm texture, quality and sturdiness: that's what you find in fabric scraps from the manufacture of upholstered furniture. These often overlooked materials inspired EMKO to collaborate with young designer Annette Abdrashitova. The result was Klod Blanket.
Each blanket is made up of coordinated pieces of fabric, carefully assembled to créer a harmonious ensemble. These textiles are given a second life in the form of an object à la that is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and functional, designed to accompany moments both at home and outdoors.
Designed with sustainability and the circular economy in mind, each Klod is made from 100% materials that would otherwise have been thrown away. And as each assembly is unique, no two covers are alike. Available in four color palettes, each piece is a surprise. The shades vary slightly, while remaining faithful to the esprit range.
