Like a poetic tale, the Karl-Johan lamp now finds its way back to its source of inspiration: nature. Karl-Johan Portable is a small, easily transportable version of the original design, in which the gentle design language that characterises the lamp has been made particularly durable. This means the lamp can be taken out into the elements; onto the terrace on the first evenings of spring and down to the beach for a swim on a warm summer's night.
The material is impact-resistant and repels rain, dew, sand and soil, so the lamp can accompany you both indoors and outdoors, wherever and whenever. By turning the upper part of the lamp, the light switches on easily and diffuses softly through the white lampshade.
The brightness can be set to three levels with a gentle press beneath the lamp's base. Karl-Johan Portable is charged with an included magnetic cable and can provide light for up to 22 hours.
