Since 2010, Miguel Angel Garcia Belmonte has been paying tribute to the artisanal tradition of his home town of Totana through a design approach that combines working with clay and a demand for contemporary shapes. By modernising production tools, he has turned this heritage into a benchmark for the art of ceramics in Spain.
Made from natural terracotta, the Pott's Caló pendant light collection has two personalities: the outside has been left natural and unvarnished, while the inside gently contrasts with a white glazed finish. Like the bell, used for centuries to call and gather people together, this pendant light has been designed as a pleasant rallying point, both indoors and outdoors.
