The Eclipse bedside table by Bazar Bizar plays on a compact silhouette, designed to nestle against a bed without cluttering the walkway. Its height remains close to that of the mattress, which puts the top within easy reach when lying down. The proportions, slightly deeper than wide, leave room for a lamp, a book and a glass of water.
It is made from teak, a dense wood whose grain remains clearly visible beneath the natural finish. Each piece therefore displays its own pattern of fibres and its own nuances, lighter or warmer depending on the cut. The neutral tone of the raw wood works equally well with a bedroom in natural linen as with dark walls.
Placed alone or in pairs on either side of the bed, the Eclipse brings a handcrafted touch without overloading the room. Its simple volume also allows it to serve as a side table or stand in a hallway.
