Pillar Candle

Lex Pott uses striking colour combinations and offbeat proportions to create a series of candles with a distinctive, playful design. Available in a range of matching colours and patterns, these candles will bring a touch of spice to your living spaces.

Lex Pott is a Dutch designer who graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2009 and now runs a studio on the outskirts of Amsterdam. He habitually works with high-quality wood, stone and metal, and often takes a layered approach to his design projects. He has a natural instinct for experimenting with materials and for carrying out in-depth research in his work. A number of his creations stand out for their unlikely combinations of techniques and materials. For HAY, he has created products that incorporate elemental shapes into resolutely functional objects.
