Walnut, marble and onyx console table 120x36x85cm Jackie - Studio Gaïa

The Jackie console table in walnut is a piece of furniture that is both retro and bold, embodying the distinctive aesthetic of the 1970s while incorporating modern, artistic elements. The body of the console table is made from walnut, a rich and warm wood.
The grain of the wood is visible, adding a natural, organic texture to the whole.
What makes this console table truly unique are the circular perforations scattered across the front and sides. These circles are inlaid with coloured onyx, a semi-precious stone known for its vibrant patterns and hues. Each onyx circle varies in colour.

The natural translucency of the onyx allows light to pass through, creating a fascinating play of light that shifts according to the ambient lighting.

When lit, whether by natural or artificial light, the console table seems to come to life, with the onyx circles illuminating the surrounding space. This interplay between light and onyx evokes the psychedelic spirit of the 1970s, while remaining elegant and refined thanks to the use of walnut.
