Since 2010, Miguel Angel Garcia Belmonte has been paying homage to the artisan tradition of his hometown Totana with a design work mixing the work of the earth with the demand for contemporary forms. Modernizing production tools, he has made this heritage a reference in the art of ceramics in Spain.
Made from natural terracotta, the collection of hanging Pott lamps 's Caló carries two personalities: the exterior has been left natural and unvarnished while the interior contrasts softly with a white glass finish. Like the bell, used for centuries for calling and gathering, this hanging lamp has been designed as a pleasant rallying point, both indoors and outdoors.
