Pendant light emitting both direct and indirect light with a symmetrical and asymmetrical distribution. Composed of two horizontal ash wood blades joined by chrome-plated metal fittings. The blades pivot around a central tubular light source to allow a variable light emission. Custom-developed dimmable linear LED light source. The lamp can also be fitted with standard T8 LED tubes. Designed by Tobia Scarpa in 1963 and reissued in 2025, the Seki-Han floor lamp bears witness to his mastery of design and his expertise in working with wood. Its complex construction draws inspiration from shipbuilding techniques to shape two wooden blades that now rotate around the light source, leaving a thread of light visible at every moment for a poetic effect. The reissue also features an elegant suspended model, identical in design but with a slightly shorter body. In both versions, Seki-Han is a living presence where the immateriality of light meets the tactile quality of wood.
