Inspired by the classic Banker's Light, British designer John Tree has merged archetypal references with his contemporary, colourful sensibility to create the Apex floor lamp. The folded steel lampshades form a pointed silhouette, which gives the lamp its name and provides a graphic contrast with the chrome bases. The round base and long tubular stem are completed by a colourful lampshade that can swivel through 360 degrees, allowing users to direct the light according to their needs.
