Beyond its function as a lamp, the Dipping Light seeks to excite. When lit, its different shades of paint diffuse the light, creating a magical ambient effect. When switched off, its coloured glass sphere is an object brimming with beauty, a design piece that draws the eye on a shelf, a table or a bedside table.

Jordi Canudas is an alchemist of light. He experiments with it, always seeking to be surprised and to learn from it. He wants to capture the essence of light. It was with this aim that the Dipping Light was created, a new experiment consisting of dipping a lit bulb into paint several times over, resulting in this table lamp. The various layers of paint form concentric circles and capture the light by moderating its intensity. The paint becomes the shade, colouring and texturing the light. A brass or graphite base is added for support. This artisanal process makes every lamp a unique and exclusive creation.

The table version is not content with just two sizes: the most poetic of lamps offers more uses and comes in a self-contained portable version and with another diameter - ø20 cm - halfway between the small and the large version. You can also choose the base finish between brushed brass and graphite, while the bulb colours remain the same.
