The Hourglass chair is part of the 366 Concept catalogue, a Polish publisher devoted to characterful furniture and seating with a defined silhouette. Its line, narrowed at the waist and giving it its name, lends it a graphic presence without excessive volume. The black colourway accentuates the design of the structure and the profile of the backrest.
Designed for the dining room, it also finds its place around a work table, in an entrance hall or as a complement to a desk. Its measured proportions allow it to be aligned without weighing down the room, and its fairly neutral character enables it to coexist with a wooden table as well as with a stone or metal top.
Taken in pairs or in series around the same table, it establishes a regular rhythm and a bold tone that structure the space. Alone, it functions as a discreet occasional seat, to be placed near a bookcase or in a bedroom corner.
