Delivery

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in France, carefully packed for furniture and fragile objects. We deliver across Europe, to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, and to the Gulf countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and on the destination. They are shown in your cart before payment and converted into your currency. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.

Delivery in mainland France and Monaco

Free pickup point delivery on orders of €150 or more.

Pickup point delivery is available for orders up to 7 kg: heavier parcels exceed the size accepted by pickup points. Orders over 15 kg are handled by a specialist carrier who will contact you to book an appointment. Premium delivery is carried out by two people who place your furniture in the room of your choice.

Delivery in Europe

No customs charges apply to deliveries within the European Union: the price shown is the final price, VAT included.

Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom

For orders over 70 kg, we arrange dedicated transport on quotation. Shipments over 20 kg travel with a specialised carrier: the rate includes customs formalities.

Gulf countries

The exact amount in your currency (AED, SAR, QAR) is shown in your cart and at checkout. As a guide, the import duties and taxes added at checkout come to about 5% of the order in the United Arab Emirates (local VAT), plus about 5% customs duty on larger orders; in Saudi Arabia, local VAT is 15%, plus about 5% customs duty. The exact amount is always shown before you pay, and there is nothing to pay the courier.

For orders over 20 kg, and for large pieces such as sofas, tables or wardrobes, we arrange dedicated transport on quotation.

Customs and taxes outside the European Union

For Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the Gulf countries, prices are shown without French VAT and the shipping rates above exclude taxes. We take care of customs clearance: there is nothing to pay the courier. Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at every step until delivery. A question about your order? Our customer service team answers Monday to Friday.

Large pieces and delivery on quotation

For an order outside the weight bands above, write to us with the references of the pieces you are interested in and your delivery address. We will come back to you with a proposal and a lead time.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item that does not suit you. Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our customer service team, who will tell you what to do. We issue the refund as soon as the item has been received and checked.
