Tub - Normann Copenhagen

The lamps share a common thread in their clean, modern lines, which give them a timeless aesthetic and allow them to suit a wide variety of interiors and settings. The defining feature of the Tub Lamp collection is the generous lampshade which, beyond its visual appeal, cocoons the light and emits a pleasant, even glow. References to nature's organic forms are clear in the harmonious fusion of lampshade and cord. The gently curved top of the lampshade flows elegantly into a stem, through which the electrical cord is wired, creating a decorative detail reminiscent of the silhouette of an apple or another fruit or plant found in nature. Cord and stem appear to grow together, giving the impression that lamp and cord form one cohesive whole.
