Salih Teskeredzic

Salih Teskeredžić is a designer, a lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo and the founder of his own design studio in Vienna.

Whenever Salih walks into a room, his energy is infectious. He pours passion and emotion into every design, and aims to create products that people truly love. The design studio is Salih’s playground, and his pencil is his favourite toy.

Salih is the reason why Gazzda uses natural materials in all its products. He shares his passion for wood with everyone there.

But Salih doesn’t just share his passion with Gazzda. Since 2004, he has been teaching industrial design to promising young people. Salih’s near-obsession with wood is so well known to his students that they affectionately call him ‘Geppetto’. One day, one of Salih’s creations will probably become a real little boy.
