The story of HKliving is the story of Emiel Hetsen and Sander Klaver, who joined their creative activities, and the first letter of their surnames, to create their brand, in 2009 in the Netherlands! We liked their story: Emiel and Sander have known each other forever, their parents and grandparents were already friends, and today their children are friends. The success of their brand is also the fact that they have created a family and trusting environment. One is the creative mind, the other the brain, together they are a great duo! They describe their furniture as simple, basic, authentic, fresh and new. The duo thinks that interior design is always taken too seriously, so they like to add a touch of humour to their collections, such as the flashy colours of the lights, industrial style, or the rattan armchairs to hang from the ceiling. HKliving His collections are a mix of natural and intense colours, authentic designs inspired by the flea markets that Emiel loves and the 80's, whose bohemian and tropical atmospheres they like to imitate.

Their collections are accessible to all types of interiors, it is a real mix of industrial, vintage and ethnic, which can blend with any style. The materials used are natural-based: recycled teak, rattan, metal, copper, marble and ceramics. Their flagship products are their natural fibre hanging lamps, as well as rattan and metal chairs and bar stools.
