Blown - &tradition

The idea behind Blown was to explore reflection and refraction in glass, creating a textured volume that breaks up and reflects the light. The lamp is made from mouth-blown glass with a varied diamond pattern that encases the light source. It comes in two versions: translucent with a silvery sheen, and sandblasted matt white. Both versions feature an electroplated die-cast aluminium lamp holder and a fabric cord.

The texture of the glass is meticulously rendered using 3D CAD in order to control the swell of each bubble, allowing precise control over the way the shape reflects light from different angles.
