Plinth

In collaboration with Audo Copenhagen, Norm Architects set out to rethink its use and reveal the beauty of natural materials. The result is a series of multifunctional plinths for the home, the office or the showroom. Handcrafted in Portugal, the Plinth collection boasts perfectly aligned forms and a singular beauty. Plinth Low, Plinth Cube, Plinth Tall, Plinth Grand, Plinth Bridge, Plinth Shelf and Plinth Pedestal are at once beautiful and timeless, sculptural and sophisticated, lending themselves to a multitude of uses. The crisp, precise silhouette of each model contrasts strikingly with the unique stone and marble patterns used to create every piece.

A story carved in stone: Plinth draws on this essence and subtly subverts it, using marble as a means of showcasing other objects, but also as a sculptural object in its own right. Plinth is the result of what has been cut away, revealing a core of quality and beauty. No two pieces of marble are alike, as the details of each natural rock are created over time by nature, in limestone or dolomite.

Honed marble exudes an air of sophistication and elegance that elevates any space.
