For Serax, Belgian mode designer Kris Van Assche has created The Josephine Collection, a superb series of vases and candy boxes in tribute to his beloved grand -mother, Joséphine. In fact, it was elle who passed on to him not only her amour love of fashion, but also her love of sumptuously laid tables. Van Assche brings a contemporary touch to classic vases. For example, the base is rectangular, and he uses materials such as concrete, marbre and silver porcelain. Each vase in the collection is accompanied by a glass tube, allowing a diagonally positioned flower to be inserted into the vase. Glass flowers complete the collection. All in all, a particularly exclusive collection.
