Vase in amber and black glass 40cm - Serax

The Wind & Fire series includes, on the one hand, the glass transpositions of the organic vases Earth in paper maché, but totally new forms have also been added à la collection: pieces that recall the pharmacy jars of yesteryear, not to mention the bottles where essences were stored for the creation of perfumes.

The organic versions in brown, green and dark blue, for the broad proposals; and the plus tightened in celestial blue and cognac, all show captivating variations. "The transition between these two palettes evokes the exchange between the sea and plage, " explains Marie, which also reminds us how clumps of unbleached twigs emerge from the sand at the water's edge; and how a few shards of polished glass join the pebbles…

A collection all in gradations, subtle or frank, come to greet all these small resumptions of an environment and a material on the other, of which the powerful and generous Mother-Nature has the secret. Here, a vase muffled in the esprit of a wet sand encore, surrounded by deep waves. Amber trunk and black head, which a delicate assortment of foliage or short flowers will sublimate.
