Clamp desk lamp in light blue steel Apex - HAY

Taking inspiration from the classic banker's lamp, British designer John Tree has blended archetypal references with his contemporary, colourful sensibility to create the Apex clamp desk lamp. The folded steel shades trace the silhouette of a pitched roof, inspiring the lamp's name and offering a graphic contrast with the chrome-plated bases. Fitted with an adjustable clamp that allows it to be attached to a wide variety of horizontal surfaces, the Apex lamp features a colourful shade and an articulated arm that rotate through 360 degrees, giving the user optimal control over the direction of the light. The Apex clamp desk lamp makes for a functional lighting solution across multiple spaces and uses, from a desk lamp to a reading lamp above a sofa.
